Your closer closes. But how?
You hire salespeople, hand them leads and pay commission per closed deal. What happens inside the call is a black box. I open it: I audit one real call and mark the exact minute it was won or lost — and why.
LatAm business owners looking for salespeople, scanned from the closer training community.
Not a setter or a hybrid: someone who closes the call.
Chronic execution scarcity: owners cannot find closers who close consistently.
B2B, health, real estate, pensions: a mishandled call does not just lose the sale, it damages the brand.
You pay for results. But execution is never measured.
Owners hire on the closer track record — “he closed X at his previous company”. Nobody audits what happens inside the call. Result: every call is a coin flip, and the owner finds out when the prospect does not pay.
The closer report
“The prospect did not want to pay” · “He needs to think about it” · “It was not the right time”. Without evidence, any explanation works — and none of them tell you what to fix.
- You do not know if the problem was the offer, the script or the execution
- The same mistake repeats call after call
- The coaching you give is generic, not specific
The exact minute
The call is broken down into evidence: what the prospect said, what the closer did, the minute it went wrong, and what he should have done differently.
- The break located with timestamp and exact quote
- Diagnosis: offer, script or execution — with evidence
- A concrete mission for the next call
This is what a real audit looks like.
This is a real report from an 83-minute call. The deal closed — $3,000 paid. The audit found that the close happened despite the closer method, not thanks to it. That is what an owner needs to know before scaling the team. If you have never reviewed a sales call with evidence, first read why unreviewed calls cost money.

What you want to know before paying.
How do I send my call after paying?
After paying, message me on WhatsApp and send the call in the same chat: audio, video, a Zoom/Meet link or the transcript. You do not need to convert anything — I handle the processing. The audit starts the same day I receive it; delivery in 24-48h.
Which call should I send?
A real call from your team: the most recent recording you have. Whether it was won or lost — the audit finds value in both. Audio/video recording or transcript accepted. If you use Zoom, Meet or any recording tool, the file works as-is.
Which languages?
Spanish or English calls are audited without problems. The report is delivered in the language of the call.
Is my data safe?
Yes. The audit is treated as confidential business information. The report is delivered only to you, and no identifiable data from your team or prospects is used without authorization. If needed, we sign an NDA before you send the call.
What happens after the audit?
You receive the report with the mission for the next call. If you want to scale to full team review (all your calls, with coaching and follow-up), there is the Team Closing Audit — the Forensic Audit report serves as first evidence to decide if it fits you.
What if the call I audit is from my best closer?
Perfect. Auditing your top salesperson shows what he does well so it becomes team method — and also the breaks even the best cannot avoid. The goal is not to punish, it is to standardize what works.

The money you lose on every call you never review
If your closer reports that the prospect would not pay and you have no evidence, you are losing recoverable money. Call audits find patterns, improve coaching and change your commercial numbers.

Deciding what AI can execute, what evidence it must keep and when a person must intervene before an action affects a lead. The same criterion applies to reviewing calls: evidence before opinion.
