Price, what's included, guarantee and real cases. Closy only says what's in the sheet. If a fact isn't there, that line doesn't appear.
Closy is a desktop assistant that listens to the sales call and shows the closer the exact line, live, without a bot in the meeting. Built by Mauricio Gallmur using his QC 4.1 method.
“It makes total sense that you see it that way. If it were only up to you, what would you do?”
Stay silent and let them answer.
For the closer onlyIt's usually an exit, not an objection. Don't ask what she thinks.
The closer goes blank. You're not in that Zoom.
The prospect just said the line. The closer searches through what he learned. The answer is there, somewhere in a module from months ago. It arrives four seconds late.
In a $3,000 sale, four seconds are enough for the prospect to cool off, for the closer to justify himself, for him to offer payment plans nobody asked for. You find out when the sale is already gone.
Closy exists for that moment: the line in front of him, live, said in your closer's own voice.
Price, what's included, guarantee and real cases. Closy only says what's in the sheet. If a fact isn't there, that line doesn't appear.
Zoom, Meet or Teams from the computer. Closy listens from there. No bot enters the meeting.
The next question from your team's script is already on screen. If an objection comes, he sees what to say and when to stay silent. The closer can use his own script; Closy marks the stage.
QC 4.1 is the compass: stage, objection and when to close. Your team doesn't need to remember acronyms. Closy marks the stage in plain words.
If the prospect asks for the price in minute five, Closy gives the line to defer it. The number comes when it already makes sense. Objections show up from the beginning of the call. Closy tells the excuse apart from the real objection, and that objection is worked at the close — it isn't argued when it appears.
Every answer comes from the QC 4.1 method: stage, objection and when to close. Closy doesn't improvise: it picks the move and your closer says it. Three objections written for the owner: I need to think about it, it's too expensive, I have to talk it over with my partner.
“It's too expensive.”
Doubt about the value. It's almost never the number.
“I want to make sure I understand you right. When you say it's a lot, is it that the number feels out of proportion for what it solves, or is it that right now you don't have access to those resources?”
Stay silent. Their answer decides the next step.
“Beyond the numbers… how does that make you feel as a person?”
Stay silent for 5 to 10 seconds. Don't break the silence.
What to do after saying it. Many sales are won in what isn't said.
Don't offer payment plans. Nobody asked for them.
Price, guarantee, deadlines and cases come from your sheet. If they're not written there, Closy doesn't mention them. Your reputation doesn't depend on what a machine improvises.
Your closer decides every line and says it in his own voice. Closy accompanies; the relationship with the prospect belongs to your team.
A weak offer or a prospect with no ability to pay aren't fixed by one line. Closy helps you not lose the sales that were yours.
Closy listens to the call live to give you the line. It doesn't keep the recording.
With roleplay and good training you don't need this.
Training is the base, and we still recommend it. Closy works at the moment training fails most: with the prospect in front of you, money on the line and real nerves. Roleplay trains. The real call pays.
Your team will become dependent.
Every call with Closy is a repetition with the right answer in front of him. A line the closer says ten times on real calls stops needing a screen. Use it while it serves you.
That's cheating.
Pilots use checklists and surgeons follow protocols. Having the best question in front of you at the right moment is preparation. And everything your closer says is true: Closy doesn't invent prices, promises or cases.
One line doesn't close a sale.
They're right. The offer, the right prospect and the way you listen still matter. Closy exists so you don't lose the sales that were already yours.
“I watched good closers lose sales over the same thing: they knew what to say, but not in the second when it mattered.”
I'm Mauricio Gallmur. I invested years and a lot of money in learning to close, and I applied all of it in real high-ticket sales calls. That's where the QC 4.1 method came from: the compass of stage, objection and when to close.
The knowledge is already there. The hard part is using it with the prospect in front of you. Closy is that method turned into live help for your team, so the closer doesn't have to remember everything.
I brought the methodology. Your team will bring the results.
MAURICIO GALLMUR · CREATOR OF CLOSY AND THE QC 4.1 METHOD
If you already sell over calls and have closers, Closy gives each of them the same way to run the conversation, live. The closer uses your team's script. You stop dictating the next line over WhatsApp.
No. The closer sees the line in plain language and says it. He'll never read acronyms or technical terms during the call. QC 4.1 is the compass: stage, objection and when to close. The script can be your team's.
No bot enters the meeting. Closy appears only on the closer's screen.
Closy listens to the call live to give you the line. It doesn't keep the recording.
Closy works with what you have. Lines that need a guarantee or a real case only appear if those facts are in the sheet. They're never invented.
A Mac, the offer in writing and booked sales calls. The pilot currently runs in Spanish.

Write PILOTO and I'll send you the link. We're opening Closy to owners with closers and booked calls. In exchange, you tell us what happened on the calls. It takes about 3 minutes to answer.
