Closy is a desktop assistant that listens to the sales call and shows the closer the exact line, live, with no bot in the meeting. Created by Mauricio Gallmur.
“I need to talk to my wife,” “I need to talk to my husband” or “I need to talk to my partner” is often an exit, not a consultation. The owner loses the sale when the closer chases the person who is not on the Zoom and lets go of the person who is.
Do not let your closer ask what the spouse thinks. Live, they ask: if it were only up to you, what would you do? Then stay quiet and let them answer. That question exposes whether it is an exit or whether someone else really decides.
Sometimes there is a spouse who really decides. That shows up in the diagnosis, when you ask who else is part of the decision, not at the end as a surprise. Other times the prospect is looking for a polite way out. If the closer accepts “talk it over and let me know,” you are buying a follow-up that does not close.
A buying condition and a mask are not the same thing. Treating them the same leaves the team chasing people who were never on the call.
“That makes complete sense. If it were only up to you, what would you do?”
Stay quiet. Do not ask about the other person. Do not offer to send a summary “so they can see it” unless someone clearly asked for it.
If they answer that they would already be in, the close continues with them. If they name a real condition, the diagnosis should have caught it earlier; you work on that condition instead of improvising arguments to convince someone who is absent.
The closer hangs up happy: “they're going to talk it over.” On Friday the report says there was no decision. You did not see that second. The closer chased the wrong person. The one who could decide left with an open door.
If the diagnosis made it clear that a partner or spouse signs, do not pretend they do not exist. That is not solved with one line at the end. It is solved by not presenting the price as if the person in front of you decides alone. Closy does not invent that person or remove them from the decision.
Closy shows the closer that line on screen during the call, with no bot joining the meeting. It separates an excuse from a real objection. The closer says it in their own voice, and you can keep your team's script; Closy marks the stage. Closy listens to the call live to give you the line. It does not keep the recording. The current pilot runs in Spanish.
