EnglishThese terms govern your use of gallmur.com and the Closy plugin. By using the plugin, you accept this use-only license. If you do not agree, do not use it.
You may use the Closy plugin free of charge for your own work, including your professional work. The license is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable. It does not transfer ownership of the plugin, its materials or its methodology.
You may not copy the plugin or its materials, redistribute them, publish them, sell them, sublicense them or use them to create or feed a product that competes with Closy. This restriction does not prevent you from applying its answers to your own work. The rights the law grants you on a mandatory basis remain intact.
Closy offers support for preparing and reviewing sales conversations. It does not guarantee sales, payments, commissions, income or a closing rate. You decide what to say and you are responsible for checking the information, the conditions of your offer and the suitability of each answer.
The Closy plugin does not record, store or send calls on its own. If you share a transcript, a file or other content with ChatGPT or Claude, that content is handled under the terms and the privacy policy of the service you have chosen. This statement refers to the plugin, not to the Closy desktop assistant or to third-party services.
Use only content you have the right to share. Do not include personal data about prospects without a valid basis, and do not use the plugin to deceive, pressure or promise conditions that do not exist.
The site and the plugin are offered as they are, to the extent the law allows. Availability and answers may vary. These conditions do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Mauricio Gallmur retains the rights to Closy and its materials. Third-party services retain their own terms. The privacy policy explains how data from the site and from the desktop pilot is handled.
Changes will be published on this page with their revision date. Check the current version before continuing to use the plugin.
