The bridge
My work sits between two worlds that usually talk past each other: people who understand the operation but cannot encode it, and technical builders who can automate anything except the judgment that makes the workflow valuable.
I came into AI through operations, not demos. Before building agents I worked as a translator, copywriter and high-ticket closer. That path matters because software is only useful when it understands the decision a human was trying to make.

Practical AI systems for operating processes and sales intelligence. Each project starts with the work people already do, the decisions involved and the evidence the business needs to retain.
I define the job, the approval boundary and the evidence before choosing the automation. The business should understand what the system does and where a human remains responsible.
Generic “AI transformation,” chatbot theater or a black box that leaves the operator dependent on me. The system should remain understandable and useful to the business that owns it.
“I know the operation. I build the system. The bridge is the work.”
